We are a well-established, traditional general practice on Cambridge Street, West Leederville.
We are a mixed billing practice. This has become necessary for us to protect the viability and sustainability of our practice, as Medicare rebates are insufficient to cover the operational cost of the practice.
*New patients with health care card and pensioner concession card will be charged for the first visit.*
Bulk billing Policy:
- Patients who have Health care card, Pensioner concession card, DVA Gold card and children under 16 years of age.
- Flu vaccines, desensitisation and Childhood immunisation.
- Chronic disease management plan (Care plan) and reviews, Mental health care plan and reviews.
- No out-of-pocket cost for MVA and workers comp cases where liability has been accepted.
- Restricted medications will not be provided to any new patient.
