Please do not use this email to request medical certificates, referrals, prescriptions, appointment cancellations or rescheduling, or medical advice. These requests will not receive a response. All medical concerns must be discussed directly with a doctor during a face-to-face or telephone consultation.

For Portuguese-speaking patients, please send a text message to 0452 112 021 strictly between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. All enquiries must be sent within this timeframe only. Your message must include your full name (as per your official ID or passport), date of birth, and a brief description of your enquiry.
The Portuguese secretary will return your call during her working hours, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Messages sent outside these hours will not be attended to.
Outside these hours, please contact the practice on (08) 6188 1099 between opening hours, or use the “Contact Us” message option. In an emergency, call 000, attend your nearest hospital, or present to an urgent care centre.
