All appointments are privately billed, unless you meet the criteria for bulk billing outlined below.
No bulk billing criteria apply on the weekend and the public holidays.

Dr Becker Fees: (changes from 03/11/2025)
Dr Brenno’s appointments are scheduled every 20 minutes, which is the maximum time allowed for a Standard Consultation. This ensures quality care for every patient. However, if your consultation goes beyond 20 minutes, it will be billed as a Long consultation in line with Medicare rules.
-> All consultations will be privately billed, including children.
-> If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or do not attend your appointment, a fee of $70.00 will apply.
-> Fees of Long and Extended appointments will increase.

Bulk billing eligibility:
- Children under 12 (not 12)
- Dr Becker will privately bill everyone, including children.
- Dr Mehra- Children under 16 (not 16), pensioner concession card 65 years and above.
- Gold DVA card
- Chronic disease management plan and health assessments
Motor Vehicle Accidents & Worker’s Compensation: No out of pocket fee where liability has been accepted.
Medicare and Private Health Insurance:
- If you are eligible for Medicare, you will receive a Medicare rebate for eligible services.
- If you have private health insurance, you will be charged the full appointment fee and can claim the rebate through your private insurer directly.
