All appointments are privately billed, unless you meet the criteria for bulk billing outlined below.
No bulk billing criteria apply on the weekend and the public holidays.
We are pleased to welcome our new doctor, Dr Allan, to the practice. Dr Allan offers bulk billing for children under 16 years of age, all concession card holders, DVA holders and patients aged 65 years and over.

Dr Becker Fees:
Dr Brenno’s appointments are scheduled every 20 minutes, which is the maximum time allowed for a Standard Consultation. This ensures quality care for every patient. However, if your consultation goes beyond 20 minutes, it will be billed as a Long consultation in line with Medicare rules.
For Portuguese-speaking patients, please send a text message to 0452 112 021 strictly between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm, Monday to Friday. All enquiries must be sent within this timeframe only. Your message must include your full name (as per your official ID or passport), date of birth, and a brief description of your enquiry.
The Portuguese secretary will return your call during her working hours, 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. Messages sent outside these hours will not be attended to.
Outside these hours, please contact the practice on (08) 6188 1099 between opening hours, or use the “Contact Us” message option. In an emergency, call 000, attend your nearest hospital, or present to an urgent care centre.

Bulk billing eligibility:
- Dr Hou- bulk bill Children under 16 years of age (not 16), all concession card holders and people aged 65 years and above
- Dr Mehra- Children under 16 years, all concession card holders
- All other doctors only bulk-bill children under 12 (not 12) except Dr Becker
- Dr Becker will privately bill everyone including children.
- Gold DVA card holders
- Desensitisation treatments, and childhood Immunisations
- Chronic Disease Management Plans (Care Plans) and Health Assessment.
Motor Vehicle Accidents & Worker’s Compensation: No out of pocket fee where liability has been accepted.
Medicare and Private Health Insurance:
- If you are eligible for Medicare, you will receive a Medicare rebate for eligible services.
- If you have private health insurance, please bring your private health insurance card (physical or digital), we can process the claim on your behalf and you will only need to pay the gap.
Administrative Fees & Appointment Requirements

Replacement of lost or misplaced pathology requests, radiology forms, or referrals will incur a $20 reprint fee. This fee applies to all reissued copies of previously provided documents.

Issuing a new referral, making changes to an existing referral, or reissuing a prescription requires a consultation appointment with the doctor.

Completion of private insurance paperwork, pre-employment medical forms, insurance reports, medical record requests, insurance claim forms, and medical assessments will incur an out-of-pocket fee. Fees vary depending on the complexity and time required to complete the documentation.
Telephone Consultation Criteria: If a patient has not attended the practice for a face-to-face consultation within the past 12 months, a telephone consultation will incur a private out-of-pocket fee, and no Medicare rebate will apply. Please contact reception for further information or to arrange an in-person appointment if required.
