All appointments are privately billed, unless you meet the criteria for bulk billing outlined below. The bulk billing criteria does not apply on the weekends and the public holidays. New patients with concession card holders need to pay for the first visit.

Bulk Billing Eligibility:

• All other doctors only bb children under 12 (not 12)
• Dr Daisy Mehra- Children under 16 years of age (not 16), pensioner concession card 65 years and above
• Gold DVA card holders
• Desensitisation treatments, and childhood immunisations
• Chronic Disease Management Plans (Care Plans) and Health Assessments
• Dr Brenno Becker: only bulk bill under 12 (not 12).

No Out-of-Pocket Costs:

• Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases and Workers Compensation cases where liability has been accepted

Please note that all other services will incur private billing charges. If you have any questions regarding billing or eligibility, please do not hesitate to contact our reception team.

Medicare and Private Health Insurance:

• If you are eligible for Medicare, you will receive a Medicare rebate for eligible services.
• If you have private health insurance, you will be charged the full appointment fee and can claim the rebate through your private insurer directly.
