After-Hours Care Arrangement
We are committed to providing after-hours care to our registered patients, offering support during the sociable after-hours period, from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weeknights.
Our after-hours services may include:
- Telephone-based advice
- Home visits (where clinically appropriate)
- In-practice consultations (as needed and when safe to do so)
Please note that the practice will not remain physically open during after-hours periods, and face-to-face consultations will only occur where clinically necessary and deemed safe and reasonable. Private charges will apply for services provided during these times.
For unsociable after-hours care (11:00 PM through to 8:00 AM on weekdays, all day Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays), we have formal arrangements with Night Doctor (Medical Deputising Service). This service ensures our patients continue to receive the care they need when our practice is closed.
