In response to the increasing demand for appointments, missed or late cancellations reduce availability for other patients in need of care.
To help us manage this, we kindly request that you notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours in advance for your GP and Allied Health appointments (Physio, Podiatrist, Psychologist, Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractor, Dietician). Cancellations made within this time frame will help avoid a non-attendance fee of $70.00.
Please note that these fees are non-claimable and cannot be billed to Medicare. To cancel an appointment, please use the link in your confirmation email or contact our reception team directly, allowing us to offer the time slot to another patient. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
